The Outstanding TCM Physician Award recognises TCMPs who achieved Senior Consultant TCMP level as per Career and Remuneration Guidelines (CRG) issued by MOH, and contributed significantly towards clinical work that elevates the quality and safety of TCM treatment, including supporting and facilitating research in his/her hospital, or community. The awardee has also successfully promoted the use of safe and effective treatment methods and advocated preventive health and community care, resulting in a higher quality and standard of TCM service delivery.
Awardee will receive $5,000 prize money, trophy, and a certificate.
Please provide an Executive Summary in 1-2 pages highlighting the nominee’s main achievements, justification for the award, and a summary of the supporting information stated below on an official letterhead and signed by the Head of organisation.
The remaining supporting information should be included after the Executive Summary and indicated as Annexes with their corresponding heading in the same Word document.
