established to safeguard the rights, safety, and well-being of participants in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) research.<\/p><p>Formed in accordance with the <b>Human Biomedical Research Act (HBRA) 2015<\/b>, the ACMS IRB ensures that all TCM-related research is conducted with integrity, transparency, and respect for ethical standards.<\/p><p>Our multi-disciplinary board includes licensed TCM practitioners, Western-trained medical doctors, pharmacists, legal\/ethics experts, and laypersons, providing balanced and impartial review of applications.<\/p><p>Through rigorous review processes, continuing oversight, and adherence to both <b>HBRA requirements<\/b> and the <b>Ethical Code and Guidelines of the TCMPB<\/b>, the ACMS IRB supports the development of <b>evidence-based TCM
